Search for and placement of supervisory and advisory board members as well as independent financial and auditing experts
As a result of current regulatory standards and increasingly refined case-law, the requirements with respect to the autonomy, competence and composition of listed companies’ supervisory boards have become much tougher. Simultaneously, as a result of this development, it is becoming increasingly difficult for companies to secure qualified and, most importantly, independent candidates to sit on their supervisory boards. It is for this reason that HR consultants are now also more frequently becoming involved in this process.
In order to respond to this development, we have worked to ensure the continued targeted expansion of our exclusive network of experienced individuals who, thanks to their expertise and independent standing, are ideally placed to accept a position on a supervisory or advisory board. This network is comprised of numerous executives and business owners who are suitably qualified, from both a professional and personal standpoint, for placement on a supervisory or advisory board.
This allows us – especially in the run-up to supervisory or advisory board elections – to establish a dialogue between our clients and these suitably qualified individuals who are open to accepting an appointment as a supervisory or advisory board member.
