We focus on supporting our clients in the areas of corporate strategy, management and finance, in their search for and selection of management and succession management professionals and executives, and in addressing the increasingly important issues of HR strategy, HR management and employer appeal.

We have all held management roles in international corporations and mid-sized enterprises or have owned our own businesses. This is why we also see ourselves as ‘management consultants’ who have successfully demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and action throughout our own careers and are now able to contribute this knowledge and experience to help clients address a wide range of issues.
